It has been found that buying from e-tailers uses about 30 percent less energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions than the traditional retail model. Bricks and mortar stores often require lighting, air conditions and elaborate stands to catch consumer’s eyes- all of which can be very energy and resource hungry. As we sell purely online we avoid many of these energy costs.


We believe that the burden of waste shouldn’t fall on the consumer, which is why you won’t find any plastic in our packaging. All our packaging is biodegradable and recyclable, we also try to use as much recycled material as possible. Even the ink used on the packaging is non-toxic – because the little things matter. We aim to eliminate plastic packaging from our supply chain which is why we ask the suppliers we work with to not send their products packaged in plastic either.


We offer conscious alternatives to commercial lifestyle retailers. We make sure that the products we sell have been sourced ethically and that the materials used are from natural, organic, renewable or recycled sources. We are not followers of fast fashion instead we value quality, classic items that can be with you through the ages.

Local Businesses

Working with local independent businesses is not only more eco-friendly but it can also be better for the economy. It can create more local jobs and the FSB research shows that for every £1 spent with a small or medium-size business, 63p is re-spent in the local area. This is compared to 40p in every £1 spent with a chain or larger business. So as a UK based company, we prioritise working with brands and businesses based in the UK and Europe.

Carbon Offset

We’re a new company so until we reach our goal of being completely sustainable, we offset our carbon emissions by donating a percentage of our profit to programmes that plant forests to naturally capture CO2 from the air.
